Privacy Notice

This notice is provided under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the Communiqué on the Duty to Inform, to inform visitors to pinareldem.com and people who contact the office. The Turkish version prevails.

3. Purposes and legal bases
- Answering your questions, scheduling meetings and appointments; establishing an attorney-client relationship (KVKK Art. 5/2-c).
- Ensuring site security and complying with Law No. 5651 (KVKK Art. 5/2-ç legal obligation; Art. 5/2-f legitimate interest).
- Establishing, exercising or defending rights in possible disputes (KVKK Art. 5/2-e).
4. Transfers
Your personal data may be shared, limited to the relevant purpose, with service providers for email and hosting, and with authorised public institutions and judicial authorities. Where providers' servers are located abroad, transfers are carried out in line with the safeguards set out in KVKK Art. 9.
- Hosting: Vercel Inc. (USA). The site is served from Vercel's Frankfurt (EU) region; server logs are processed on Vercel's infrastructure.
- Email: GoDaddy Professional Email (GoDaddy Operating Company, LLC, USA; infrastructure provided by Titan). Messages sent to info@pinareldem.com are stored on the provider's servers located abroad.
5. Retention
Correspondence about enquiries that do not lead to an engagement is deleted after a reasonable period. Where an engagement is established, data is kept for the periods required by legislation on the legal profession and general limitation periods. Server logs are kept for the period required by Law No. 5651.
6. Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose of processing, know the third parties it is transferred to, request correction or deletion, object to adverse outcomes of exclusively automated analysis and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
You can submit requests in writing to the address above or by email to info@pinareldem.com from your registered email address. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
