Depending on the project's stage and size, you can choose a preliminary assessment by email, an engagement-based review, an in-person meeting or ongoing counsel.
Preliminary assessment
You send your project's address and a short description. Based on the existing texts and data flow, a prioritised list of gaps is shared with you.
Pre-launch legal review
Privacy notice and consent texts, cookie policy, terms of use, distance sales documents, cross-border transfers and retention policy are drafted or corrected for your project.
In-person meeting
Business model, partnership and investment structure, developer agreements and trademark issues are discussed in detail.
Ongoing counsel
Texts are kept up to date when new features, new providers or legislative changes arrive; support is provided for user requests and correspondence with the Authority.
